Choo Cheol-min, CEO of Minerva Edu (left), shakes hands with Lee Eon-taek, CEO of Cocodrone, after signing a cooperation agreement.

Minerva Edu and Cocodrone, two resident companies of the Gyeongnam Content Enterprise Support Center, have pledged mutual cooperation to produce and provide diverse content aimed at creating a better world.

On August 22, at 9 AM, the two companies signed a business agreement at the conference room on the fifth floor of the Gyeongnam Content Enterprise Support Center. The agreement focuses on "joint development of educational content and instructor training."

The two sides agreed on several points, including:

- Collaboration to supply and promote Minerva Edu’s Kkurum-e platform

- Cooperation in the sale and distribution of Cocodrone’s various drones

- Joint development of educational content and instructor training

- Collaboration on public interest projects related to education, AI, drones, and sustainability

Lee Eon-taek, CEO of Cocodrone, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I am delighted to partner with Minerva Edu, which shares our values of social impact through education, sustainability, and talent development. We will strive to ensure this agreement positively impacts the region and nation beyond just supplying and selling our products in the education and drone sectors.”

Minerva Edu is an edtech company focused on creative integrated education, robotics, software lectures, STEAM education, and hosting competitions. It is expanding its business and activities with its online collaboration tool, Kkurum-e, while also pursuing AI-based educational initiatives.

Cocodrone, established in 2018, aims to contribute to a safe and enjoyable world through drones. The company develops various types of drones, including paper, industrial, and coding drones, while providing diverse drone-related educational content, such as drone sports and VR experiences, exploring the possibilities of drone usage in education.
