Our company has resolved to split one share with a face value of 10,000 KRW into ten shares, each with a face value of 1,000 KRW, during the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on June 11, 2024.

 

Shareholders holding the old share certificates are requested to submit their certificates to the headquarters within one month from the date of this notice.
